I'm looking to fill (1) new unfurnished bedroom available in a new 4 bedroom 4 bath single-family modern house near Pecos St and 35th in LoHi open after Aug 1st. The extra 2 bedrooms will remain as an extra guest bedrooms for the occasional friends/family visits. This place is probably one of the best rentals you might ever be in... Ideal Roommate: Gainfully employed, professional, that is clean, relatively quiet, respectful individual to share the place with, shares same interests as me, who also can pay rent on time every month, and preferably is not a hermit and a bit social. Will need to provide references. Unfortunately no pets. No smoking too. Not 420 friendly. It doesn't bother me but there is no smoking weed on the property. Someone who doesn't leave stuff sit out, loads the dishwasher, and keeps common areas clean. About me: I am a college educated (CU), originally from Chicago but has lived in NY and China. A professional working male that works hard, plays harder, enjoys happy hours, patios, cooking, hanging out with friends, relaxing, watching movies, reading and just enjoying life in general. I stay super busy during the week with my job as an Engineer working the typical hours Monday thru Friday. Occasionally, when I get home, I do like to hit up happy hour. I have a pretty steady routine during the week. I am very active person who spends a lot of time outdoors and traveling. Winters, I am on my snowboard, and summers I also spend a lot of time up in the mountains or lakes, or in Denver doing something fun like volleyball. I enjoy being active on the weekends- camping, concerts, wine tasting, hiking, etc. I've been in Denver for 12 years and absolutely love this neighborhood. It's the best neighborhood for professionals and fun! The Place: House was built in 2013 and offers open concept living/kitchen area, best roof top deck with views of Mile High/Elitches/downtown/mountains/Coorsfield LoHi has to offer, stainless steel appliances, w/d, 2 fireplaces, A/C, and plenty of storage. The house has a 2 car garage for storage too and off-street parking is no problem here on both sides of the street. The house is fully furnished now. You are 2 blocks walking distance to LoHi Restaurants and Nightlife such as Happy Camper, Avanti, Little Man, CorePower Yoga, Linger, Coors Field, Uncle, Ale House, Farmers Market, the 15th street pedestrian bridge all are a stone throw away. Bit of longer walk, best by bike, but $5 scooter ride to ballpark and LoDo area. Also convenient to freeway access for commuters.
