1979 Checkmate Trimate II with 1987 Merc XR4 150 Highly sought after, well built, hand laid fiberglass 17 foot Trimate II. I purchased this boat from original owner in 2015, which they had parked it for about 15 years. Have done a lot of work to it until beginning of last year. Only used it a couple of times since then. It’s a fast, nice riding boat and capable of pulling skiers. Has a very shallow draft and is easy to launch and trailer.
