1984 Squier Japan JV Jazz Bass

This is a killer Japanese JV Squier, built in the FujiGen plant during Fender's ownership transfer. The export JVs were basically AVRIs, this bass is a reissue of a '62 JB with period accurate specs, including the exposed copper grounding strip. The highest quality parts were used for these basses, the first and best of the Squier line. The early 80s were the golden age of Japanese guitar manufacturing and after 5 minutes with this bass you'll see why. Pickups and pots are possibly replacements, but they sound great. Comes with a gig bag. Pick up only in Malden.
