I have 2 rooms for rent, $650 each which is a private full bathroom or entire top floor, 2 rooms, loft and private bathroom $1100. This includes everything. Full laundry, internet and utilities. No contracts or lease agreements. Month to month is how this will work. Animals we can discuss as I like them. No parties or heavy drug use, smoking of any kind should be done outside.
