2003 Forest River Sandpiper 30RLSS

Listing for my father-in-law. 2003 Forest River Sandpiper 30RLSS in great shape! This is the Platinum edition, so it has a bedroom slide and a front closet. Living is in the rear and a mid kitchen to cook your favorite pizza on those rainy camping trips. You can relax on the sofa or take a seat at the dining table in the super slide. The upholstery and carpet are still in great shape although the vinyl near the hall is buckling, (minor repair), see in pics. The tires are newer as they have only been to Nelson Creek and back to Glendive 4 times since put on. All the appliances work, but I am unsure of the specs for the holding tanks. There is one AC unit, 13,500BTU. This is not a 4 season camper as there is not an insulated underbelly, but this is a fantastic summer pitch for the lake or badlands! The specs I do know: GVWR is 12120lbs, (3/4 ton at least). Length is 32ft, 8in. 2 slides. This unit requires a 30A service. There is no outdoor kitchen. No trades, please. I NEED NO HELP SELLING!
