Sprinter 2500 models can only tow up to 5,000 pounds, while 3500 models can tow up to 7,500. We’ve set the van up with a two hitch (6,500lb), which includes a 4-pin towing connector (good for small trailers, including U-haul). We have stuck our bikes on the back and even pulled our own U-haul when moving house.
