26" Raleigh Sportif Single Speed Conversion (Commuter/Hybrid)

This is a Raleigh sportif converted to a single-speed which I no longer need. Fairly wide gravel tires make for a more stable ride than a road bike; rides well even in wet conditions on poorly-maintained Philly streets. Wheels are true, brake pads are less than a year old, and bike in good condition apart from some cosmetic wear on the frame (was recently serviced by a Mt. Airy bike shop). Can be adjusted to work for someone at least 5'10", but 6' is ideal.
