This beautiful lake home is remodeled and has a walkout lower level opening up to a flat yard overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has a king size bed. Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, plus 1 extra twin mattress on the floor for extra guests/kids. Bedroom #3 is downstairs with beautiful views of the lake on the walkout level and has a queen bed. Bedroom #4 is downstairs with a queen bed and twin bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably, Sleeps up to 10 with the idea that children are a part of your group. We do not allow bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, or any type of large gathering or events. We are in a neighborhood and respect them. Amenities include: 3 flat-screen TVs (Cable Tv in the living room & local antenna TV in the master bedroom), Wi-Fi internet, granite kitchen, 3 full baths – 1 tub/shower and 1 shower upstairs, 1 shower downstairs, upper and lower level family rooms, dining table, dock, GAS grill, and bonfire pit. 2 kayaks, paddle boat, outdoor toys, and fun noodles are available for guests to use free of charge. There is a campfire pit in the yard by the lake. Firewood is available for your convenience if you wish Situated on 300 feet of lake shore.
