There is only street parking, but it’s a great location if you use public transportation, as the Kew Gardens/Union Turnpike subway (E and F lines) and buses are right down the street, plus the LIRR is a 5 minute walk away. Rent is $1,200, which includes ALL utilities and high-speed internet. This means you will pay a flat $1,200 every month.
