This can be used as a 2 bedroom apartment (as the ocean patio locks off as 1 unit) or as a 1 bedroom breezy and airy beach apartment with large living room area with flooring and mirrors that can be used for yoga practice and has a bathroom and kitchenette area, includes storage, washer dryer, full kitchen sink with dishwasher, kitchen isle and pantry with fridge freezer.   Other Kitchen amenities include Air Fryer, Expresso Machine, Coffee Maker, Toaster Oven, Blender, Electric Kettle, Juicer, Cutlery, Pots and Pans, 2 hotplates, and a Soda Stream. The bathroom has a hall area and the bathroom itself is a mural design of ocean vistas with a mineral vitamin sea shower head in the shower stall. There is also a private sauna and jacuzzi and large garden area with outdoor furniture, patio table and chairs with umbrellas and sun sail shade which also includes a lanai area.  There is an elevator and parking.   The apartment stays cool, no air conditioner needed, lots of ocean breezes and there is a large ceiling fan.  This is the most prestigious part of Venice just past the Venice Fishing Pier and steps to all the late night restaurants and coffee shops at Washington Square, some are open til 3pm with a late night liquor/dining license.  Right off the Venice Boardwalk which will bring you straight to Santa Monica Pier and beyond towards Malibu on a bike ride.  Secure neighborhood community. Paddle board and surf suits and boogie boards are available for use as ocean is steps away from apartment. Alexa lighting is available.
