The BEST Rocky Point vacation ever - right ON THE BEACH. This single level home (Casa Jo) sleeps up to 20 and has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms - 7 king beds and 6 XL twin beds. There is also a huge, covered front entryway (which is gated) for your "toys" and beach things and for other things you don't want inside the house (ie, coolers, boxes, etc). The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bath and a sliding glass door leading out to the patio and the beach. Two other bedrooms have king beds in each and share a hall bath. There are 2 more huge bedrooms off the kitchen area that each have 2 king beds and a bath, and finally there is a fun bunkbed room with 6 XL twin mattresses and a bath. All the beds have new, plush mattresses. The entire house has just been remodeled with several new bathrooms, with all new appliances, large kitchen and great room, with all new sliding doors and windows that give full views to the beach. Spacious back patio with abundant tables, chairs and chaise lounges. We prefer a 3 night minimum if possible. The kitchen is fully stocked with brand new dishes, pots and pans, flatware, serving utensils, microwave, coffee maker, huge fridge, and stove. There are 2 huge dining tables - each seating 8-10 people. There is also a 52" TV, and free WiFi (not a smart TV so you would need to bring your own RoKu, FireStick, or ChromeStick). Please no pets and no smoking. The home rents for $700 per night - which provides your family with beach front living, spectacular views on the best beach in Rocky Point at a low budget price.
