Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising, as well as the ability to create engaging content. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive leads and sales. They will also work with customers to understand their needs and create marketing strategies that meet their specific goals. This position is hybrid, 1 day remote 2 in office to start. Responsibilities: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram Create engaging content that drives traffic and conversions Work with customers to understand their needs and create marketing strategies that meet their specific goals Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize for performance Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing Strong understanding of Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Familiar with WordPress CMS, HTML, CSS a bonus but not required. I am looking for someone to grow into this role and ultimately be the head of our marketing team.
