Esteve Model 8 Classical guitar

Hello. I have for your consideration an Esteve Model 8 (with guardian case) that was purchased in December 2019 from The Classical Guitar Store. Solid cedar top, solid rosewood back and sides, ebony fretboard. The guitar is in like-new condition and has been kept in its case with a Damp-it humidifier when not played. It also has never left my place which is a climate controlled, smoke-free environment. A fresh set of D’Addario Pro-Arte normal tension strings have been installed also. The only reason I am reluctantly selling the instrument is because I have been dealing with right hand focal dystonia which is not resolving. I am asking $850.00 (firm) for the instrument, case and stand. Cash only please, and pickup from my dwelling. Please do not ask if PayPal or shipping is an option. Sorry about that.
