Field Manager Security

Field Manager Duties/Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: MUST HAVE GUARD CARD AND CLEAN DL RECORD Supervising security guards/security staff at different account locations Work with Operation Managers to complete daily tasks Training of new officers Carries out supervisory responsibilities by Blue Knight's Policies and Procedures Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems Hold post when needed Interaction with guests/employees in a professional manner Interaction with law enforcement agencies as required May assist in the timekeeping system Maintains a professional departmental and company reputation Reporting all discrepancies/problems/issues to the Blue Knight Security Management team Working Graveyard/Swing Shifts but open to all shifts Conduct spot checks on officers in the field
