Field Superintendent/Project Manager

We are DMV Renovation! We are the fastest-growing home improvement company in Arlington VA. We are looking for a Field Superintendent/Project Manager, to support our team. Plan and control every stage (from pre-construction through to completion) of home improvement projects for multiple concurrent construction projects. Main Responsibilities: Direct supervision and management of crew Schedule, supervise, direct, and coordinate labor activity. Coordinate the delivery of tools, materials, and equipment, both scheduling and quantities Communicate and coordinate with other trades and subcontractors on site Daily management of the construction schedule Read, understand, and communicate construction documents such as drawings, scopes of work, schedules, specifications, safety manuals, etc. Responsible for paperwork, timesheets, and ensuring safety policies are being followed Attend job site coordination meetings Ensure all company policies, standards, and procedures are adhered to Ensure that the job site is always kept in a clean and organized manner Working within the budget by adequately estimating the costs and cutting unnecessary expenses Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in home improvement 4+ years of experience as a project manager Knowledge of construction site activities Ability to lead a team by being a good and effective communicator Able to read and understand drawings and specifications Strong written and oral communication Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work cooperatively with others
