**I have a house on a court / culdesac right off Hwy 52 and Butler Ave. and looking for a roommate to room to rent a bedroom with a Sunny shared space - a den, kitchen and living room on main floor, with laundry in a basement that is walkout to the backyard, I have a son half time (our bedrooms are upstairs) and a friendly female cat. Looking for a roommate for queen bed available already furnished. Bedroom has drawers in one of the walls with a closet. If you have some other space needed, a den is available as well for TV, instruments, etc. internet provided. 1 full bath and another 1/2 bath available. Laundry on site - one big washer on a smaller pedestal washer as well with a gas dryer. Ability to garden and enjoy a nice, private backyard in a very quiet neighborhood - Thomson County park is around the corner and is a wonderful place to picnic, hike, and hang out.
