Washing machine and dryer available for personal use. Security/video surveillance on property. For security and privacy reasons absolutely no pets or overnight guests, no exceptions. Attention to personal hygiene is a must!!! Shared bathroom. Must be employed full-time time to be considered. Rent is $500 per month. First and last month's rent plus $150 security/cleaning deposit. First month will be prorated according to move-in date. We are looking for someone who is neat, clean, respectful of common areas and willing to pitch in with light household cleaning. Bedroom is unfurnished and includes shared bathroom (with one other girl). You are welcome to paint the room (in case light blue isn't your favorite). :) Each bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen or king-sized bed, an individual mini-split A/C and heating system, a TV, a full-length mirror, and all the necessary linens including sheets and towels. You'll also have access to a backyard that doesn't require passing through other rooms, providing a convenient outdoor space. Additionally, we offer the best internet available in the area, with speeds of up to 1 gigabit (averaging 500-600mbps), ensuring fast and reliable connectivity. As an added perk, we have a photo studio in the carriage house behind the building, which you can use when it's not rented commercially.
