A little about the house: -Private room w/Private Closet and Shared Bath (with only one other) -(2) Full baths -Lots of storage space in attic, storage lower level room, and detached garage -Renovated kitchen -Furnished guestroom -Roommates are in their mid 20s - (two professional females looking for same) -Wireless internet (FIOS) -House is a 5 minute bike ride to Ballston metro station (orange line) & 2 blocks from Columbia Pike Main Street Restaurants, Grocery Stores and Music scene -Walter Reed Rec Center and the park at Quincy and Walter Reed Drive (biking/running) is 1 block away -Great for commuting -Back patio/yard - great for cookouts! -Front porch for lounging/reading/drinking margaritas -Long driveway and plenty of free street parking -Located in beautiful Arlington Heights neighborhood We are pretty quiet during the week but like to go out on the weekends. We are clean but not crazy about it, and are easy going. The house is really cute -- it's a white bungalow with green shutters, red door and front porch! When the house is full there are 3 of us.
