Great roomies for ONE great roomie

This is a gay friendly home......Two great guys looking to share home with another great guy. I'm looking for at least a 1 year commitment. If this post is up, it is still available. I am looking for ONE great roomie to fill a room starting October 1, 2023. The home is a 3 bedroom/two bath home. It is located in the heart of Fircrest/Tacoma and I am looking for someone clean, quiet, respectful, non smoker, No pets, Clean, easy going guy to rent the room. A bit about myself. I am 54, very active, up at 6;30am to head to the gym and usually in bed by 10:30-11 pm. The other roomie is 28, in College, quiet, clean, a gamer and extremely respectful. He too, goes to bed around the same time. So, we are probably not looking for a night owl. Hopefully someone that keeps the same schedule. The room is a nice size room and will be a shared bathroom with the other roomie. You will only need to come with what will fit in the room. I have everything else and you are more than welcome to use anything. This is a Great neighborhood and the neighbors are fantastic. The rent is $785. There will be a $300 deposit and a background check needed. We split the utilities 3 ways and in summer it is pretty low. It is Water and electric. Pretty decent during winter as well as long as heat is low. Not in a hurry to find someone. Most interested in finding the RIGHT someone.
