New "SmartTop" hot tub cover made by Leisure Concepts still in box. Fits a Jacuzzi J445 hot tub that is 84" square. Note the hot tub raised a few inches on the fountain side so the cover is built for that shape. This is super nice and really easy to open. Note: this is a cover, not a hot tub.
