Hi, I am renting a bedroom and full bathroom to one responsible individual. The upstairs full bathroom is shared with 1 male roomate who has been here a year. The second guest bathroom is downstairs in the laundry room. Theres a second living room with a pool table. Kitchen has an air-fryer, pressure-cooker, ect. In the back yard, I have a bbq and a fenced back yard. Utillities included are: water, power, garbage, wifi/1GBPS. It will be month to month to start and we can go from there if it's a good fit. The house is in a coldesack in a nice neighborhood. Also walking distance from a couple parks.
