House has high speed internet, 55 inch Smart TV with HDMI for a laptop and all of the kitchen appliances that you will need. The house is located in between all four major highways, LBJ, Bush, I-35 and the Tollway. Driveway parking to protect your car from an accident parking on the street. We live in a very safe area and as an extra precaution we have internal and external security cameras. The room measures 10 Ft. x 15 Ft. Please look on the map to make sure the location works for you. The utilities are split to control over usage and average about $130 each person a month.
