Local Beef

We have 4 beef ready the end of July from a USDA butcher. Our cows are raised locally, free-range on the Arizona strip, southeast of St George. They are grass-fed, grass and grain finished. You can get a whole cow for $8/lb which includes steaks, roasts and ground beef. You can also purchase ground beef for $5/lb. Give me a call to reserve your beef.
