Hey there my names Eric (29) and I have a very chill living situation in elmhurst heights that needs a room filled. I do have a husky that lives here and his name is Apollo, hes 11 years old and is a sweetheart and gets along with dogs and cats 🛏 What You Get: You'll have the entire upstairs area to yourself. Yep, that's right—a loft-style living room, private bathroom, and a separate bedroom! 🍳 Shared Spaces: We'll share the kitchen, laundry room, living room, dining room, and our spacious backyard. 💵 Financials: Rent: $875 Security Deposit: Your half would be $600. Pet Deposit: If you've got a fur baby, the landlord will need a deposit for them too. Utilities: Water is included in rent payment thats 65$ split between us! Gas is usually like 15$ a month, and electricity varies and the highest its been is 150$, rental for washer and dryer is 50$ split, and internet is 70$ split. This would be for a year lease then it switches over month to month with no increases. 🐾 Pets: Landlord is cool with pets, so your fur buddy is welcome. Just gotta pay that pet deposit. About Me: I am pretty laid back and quiet but would love for us to be homies as well.
