looking for roommate/tenant

Unfurnished room for rent in the Lake Worth area (northwest corner of Fort Worth). Quiet area - backyard backs up to green space. I am only looking for 1 other roommate. There is a furnished guest room for family and friend visits, yours or mine. Utilities would be split 1:2 (assuming you work outside of the home). Expected utilities: $32/month for water and $57/month for electricity. About myself? I have a dog (pitbull mix). I am an engineer and work from home. I spend a mix of time at my place, at my boyfriend’s place or with family in the area. I cook most of my meals. I’m looking for a roommate who is chill and keeps clean. Personally, I keep busy by going to the gym and spending time with my dog.
