Lower Level of Home

Please place the answer to 8 times three in the 'Subject' area AND answer the specific questions below for a reply.] I am in the NE corner of 694 and 36 in Mahtomedi in a newly remodeled safe home/area w/ private backyard (close to Century College). I'm a single dad w/ two adult children on their own. I have one other tenant (F/3O w/ the Sheriff's Office and Masters Student) renting a room on 3rd level and I am now ISO renter for the lower level (LL) w/ Bedroom, living room, private 3/4 bath but shared entrance and kitchen. DW parking. Almost the entire home has been renovated inside and out. Will consider one dog that does not bark. No smokers (in/out/quitting). Very quiet cul-de-sac, lrg. yard that backs up to woods, new grill, patio furn., fast internet, A/C, PP Table. The rent is $850./mo. for one person but interested in a good mutual fit. INCLUDES all reasonable utilities and share most of the home/yard. The BR can be furnished or not. There is some extra storage space in the sub-basement. Dep. is $300. I do not rent for a living or charge app. fees, so I try to make sure we take care of any 'deal-breakers' BEFORE meeting. A 1-year lease min. because this process takes so much time. Please give me as much information about you and your situation as possible but definitely include full name, timetable (for moving in/out), income source, rent history, explain any convictions, etc., w/ your reply.
