LUXERY/ Large two bedroom/ two bath condo

Hello Roomie..., Let me be Open here. I do Currently have a roommate, and she will not renew her lease and will be moving., So... I will be renting out 1 Private Bedroom/Bathroom in my Large 2 bed/ 2 Bath on SEPT. 1st 2023 or after, when the right roommate comes along. Bedroom can be Furnished or Empty, I will leave that up to my new roommate. The unit is nice modern and updated, with Fireplace in the living room. There is enough closet space for your items in the bathroom and bedroom closet for all your things. I'm looking for a Roommate that doesn't smoke, and if you do, you will have to do it outside., I do not allow smoking inside at all. Weed or Cigs. Parking is on the Street in front of the building, it's not that bad to find a spot in the morning or evening when you come back from work. During the busy business day, it might be little harder, but you can park on side streets as well. The Building Parking lot is for the Businesses and Parking Permits only for condo units., All vehicles without permits will be towed away at owner's expense. The Gas and Electric bills are split 50/50 between us, The Water, Trash and Building care is included into your monthly rental cost. WiFi - internet cost is $50.00 per month, if you wanted to use it, it would cost you $25 on top of your rental. Your Rent cost would be $1195 each month, plus anything else we share in the common areas or split 50/50. Your Rent will include, Water, Taxes/HOA, Trash, Building Care/Maintenance. Little about me, Pay my bills on-time. Looking to share my extra condo space with the right person. I'm a professional in my Business and keep busy with my work, Family and friends, Drama Free, so I wouldn't be around you a lot to become close or buddies, of course, I want to be able to get along with my roommate, with small talk, hellos, goodbyes, but I give my roommate their space and respect and expect the same in-return. Race, Age doesn't matter to me, Gay or Stright etc.... but if you have a criminal background or are not responsible adult to pay your bills on time, you won't be able to move in here. I do Run Background checks on everyone interested in possibly wanting to rent out my place, Work/Crime., Remember, I will be living here as well, this is NOT a Sublet unit, we will be sharing my home together and the monthly bills. Credit score minimum 600. Cost to apply is $45 for background checks and everything, this fee will be applied to your rent if everything comes back clean/clear. $ can be Zelle'd or PayPal. I am available to show the Unit by appointments in the afternoons or evenings (no mornings) Weekends work best. 1+ year lease. Rent is $1195/month and security deposit due before moving in.
