Mandarin Fluent Preschool Teacher

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and fluent Mandarin-speaking Lead Teacher to spearhead our preschool program. This role requires a deep understanding of early childhood education, coupled with a passion for bilingual teaching. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a bilingual curriculum that integrates both English and Mandarin, ensuring it aligns with our institution's objectives and standards. Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters both languages. Student Evaluation: Regularly assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Parent Communication: Conduct regular parent-teacher conferences in Mandarin and/or English to discuss students' progress and address any concerns. Collaboration: Work closely with other educators to ensure cohesive delivery of the dual-language program. Professional Development: Continually update teaching skills and stay current with bilingual education trends. Mentoring: Assist in the training and development of new teachers, acting as a mentor and providing guidance as needed.
