Decent guys in their mid 20's here, looking for one more. No cigarette smokers, hard drugs, pets, couples or overnight guests allowed. Violators of these house rules will be kicked out without a refund. Rent is $650 monthly plus a $300 deposit is required upon move in. $950 is the move in cost. Must be working or going to school with proof of income.
