3 ROOM SUITE near Pine Knob & Great Crossing Mall with over 1250 square feet has become available .... and includes all utilities including WiFi ... and access to all common areas on our estate (totaling 7500 square feet) ... including library ... great room... dining room, large foyer, modern laundry room, exercise room with wall to ceiling mirrors, storage room, secure document room, swim pool, outside patios (2), large deck, BBQ, hot tub, fishing pond, fire pits (2) and another acre of common area... with over 100 pine trees. A security system also provides protection and privacy. We also have a combination lock box in each suite for your valuables. (see last photo). We provide and maintain a large estate home that includes three large multiple room suites for our guests. Each suite is made up with a private living area, bathrooms, and walk in closets. This estate provides a great deal of common area, for our three guests who reside here, plus 2 caretakers. Each suite has a full size refrigerator / freezer, toaster oven and micro-wave. Each suite is fully furnished and has a king or queen size bed with new deluxe mattresses and box springs. Each suite includes a personal bath and bath room ... personal work area with work table, a king or queen bed, bed linens and bathroom towels. We also provide each guest with a combination storage vault (much like those found in Hotel rooms) to secure money, jewelry, watches, etc. Each guest also has access to our secure room, where locking file cabinets maintain private tax returns, and other important documents ... during your stay. One of our suites is available now for $1250.00 per month. This rent rate includes all utilities including cable TV, Air Conditioning, Furnace, WiFi, electricity, gas, water, trash pick up, snow removal, shrub and lawn cutting and related utility taxes (as well as utility deposits) We require a deposit of only $500, which is returned when your stay ends, assuming your suite is clean and has experienced no damage. Your monthly lease of one of our suites also includes free access to our new laundry machines, pool, hot tub, exercise room, as well as access to all common including a large kitchen with all the cooking amenities. After a minimum two month initial stay, your future stay is month to month and only requires a single month's notice prior to your departure. We also provide one family style meal each month (at no cost) allowing every guest who is available to meet and talk with the others. You also receive a restaurant meal out and tour of the area (entirely our treat) in your first week, making sure that you know this area and all of its shops, stores, and entertainment. We want to make sure our guests know where every resource is, including restaurants, theaters, dry cleaners, etc. We are ten minutes from the Great Lakes Crossing Mall, which has most every type of store there and the entertainment venue at Pine Knob (formerly DTE Energy) and several movie theaters. Weddings and commercial videos are produced on our estate several times a year, but will not interrupt your quiet stay. In fact the compliment that we hear the most is ..."how quiet and beautiful it is here." Outside parking is free. We also have a heated indoor garage for an extra $150 per month, but those two parking areas are not available at this moment. A safe and clean outside parking area which can be seen from your suite, is available. Sorry, no pets, non prescription drugs or smoking are allowed. Our guests are typically working professionals from all over the world, who are in the Detroit area for months at a time. While we have no limits on the stay of our guests, we have had five guests who have each stayed here for 4 years and one guest is now in his 5th year. Most of our guests need our suites for two to six months. Guest references are available upon request.
