Brand new, never installed, Delta Breez Radiance Series 80 CFM Ceiling Bathroom Exhaust Fan with Heater. I bought three of these for a remodel project, but only used two of them. It is still in the box wrapped in foam and plastic. Comes with manual. These are great units with great reviews. $75 (currently selling for over $100 at Home Depot).
