Contains a stainless steel interior pot with lid and a vacuum insulated exterior pot with insulated lid. To use as a thermo cooker/slow cooker - bring food up to a boil in the stainless steel inner pot on the stove (how long it needs to remain at a boil depends on the food), take stainless steel pot off heat and place in exterior insulated pot to allow the food to continue to cook at low temperatures. An energy-efficient slow cooking method. Great for things that need low, slow cooking. Can also be used as an extra large thermos to keep hot foods hot or cold foods cold (great for picnics or potlucks).
