Next FS20 Chaos BMX trick bike

Next fs20 steel BMX with 360-degree headset. Could use a fresh rear tire and a new seat, and lacks a foot peg on the rear right. The chainguard, broken, has been removed. I've cleaned it up, but the brakes need adjustment. There's a 1.5cm ding in the top tube, though the frame is straight. Paint is in good condition, and the decals are pretty good, too.
