Of course, you can decorate as you wish. 6 month+ lease and criminal background check is required per HOA Rules. (I don’t care about silly criminal stuff.) Good for everyone - students, or those with a job but trying to get ahead, or professionals/pilots/nurses, etc. No drugs (except legal Delta I suppose) and please keep your room/bath clean. Rural feeling area but close enough to stores and restaurants (5 mins to restaurants and 12 mins to Kroger/15 mins to Target/Walmart. Upstairs area has sofas/TV you can use regularly as I am rarely up there (except when kids are here every other week, as my boy plays his PS5 sometimes up there.)
