Position Summary: Immediate opening for a full-time office assistant (who's a new college grad) for a bustling real estate office in Wilmette. This position supports all aspects of a real estate company involved in apartment management & marketing. Perfect candidate should have a vibrant personality, good verbal & written skills, be a self-starter & have knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. ** Please send your resume and school transcripts to apply. ** Duties Include: Management Work with onsite manager to serve all tenants & occupants Sending correspondence to tenants, bankers & personal contacts. Preparing information for special real estate projects, as assigned. Adhering to all standards, policies & procedures associated with confidentiality & company operations. Requires the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong verbal & written communication skills, along with basic accounting knowledge. Strong accuracy, attention to detail & organizational skills. Proficient with computers and its software. (i.e. Microsoft Word/Excel). Must be able to prioritize competing requests & manage a busy schedule in a fast-paced environment. Marketing Digital & non-digital advertising for all real estate portfolios. Communicate with prospective customers to organize showings & appointments. Analyze qualifications & make decisions for choosing customers & tenants.
