Omega Lady DeVille 18k

The watch belong to my grandmother it is a Omega DeVille ladies watch it is solid 18 karat gold with diamonds. The band is solid 18 karat gold the case is solid 18 karat gold the clasp is solid 18 karat gold the back cover is solid 18 karat gold. I took it to a jeweler they installed a new battery he said it should last about 5 years before it would need to be replaced again. The dimensions that the jeweler measured are as follows: case diameter 23.25mm, thickness 6mm, weight 1.43 oz, band length 6.25 or 6.5 inches. The watch appears to me to be in pristine beautiful condition I don't see any scratches on the band the front or the back side or the watch case the front or the back of it. My grandmother probably the only wore a few times on special occasions as she had several other watches. I did look for paperwork but I didn't see on any of my grandmother's diamond rings or diamond rings or necklaces or tennis bracelets anything that my grandfather would have purchased from the mid 1960s or '70s so needless to say I did not find paperwork for this specific watch either. The watch does come in the origional box. There is some extremely small micro stamping done on the band I put a ballpoint pen tip for scale and size next to it you can see it in the picture how tiny it is I don't know what these numbers represent but I would guess that they represent the year production where it was made kind of like a Maker's Mark proof.
