WILL PAY FIRST 3 MONTHS OF RENT Hello everyone, Unfortunately I am no longer able to live here and really need to get the lease covered so I am offering to pay for the first 3 months of rent that begins in September. The apartment is a 5 bedroom 5 bath at Identity Davis and you would be taking over one of the premium doubles in the room. It is very new and luxurious, built in 2021 and is in a great location right across the street from campus. It features a very large double up floor plan and each room is equipt with 2 mirrored bedroom closets and a bathroom with jack and Jill sinks so you will have your own space. The apartment comes fully furnished with custom designed apartment furniture. Features include: - Mounted 55"Smart living room TV - Fridge - Stainless steel Appliances - In unit full size washer and dryer - Full size memory foam mattress - Dishwasher - Hard wood floors There are also many community amenities available including: - Computer and Printer Bar - Resort style swimming pool with sun deck - Coffee and Breakfast bar - 24 hour fitness center - Indoor bike storage - Game Lounge with Arcade The amenities at Identity are really nice and offer lots of options. The rent is $1069 and the lease begins is September. Three of the roomates in the apartment are my friends who will be chill and are all very clean.
