Private Room in Shared Home

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking female to share a room in our home. We are a family of two small children. We are near Lafayette, Oregon, on a peaceful road that ends in a park along the Yamhill River. Our 1500-square-foot home sits on one acre, with plenty of space for gardening and berry picking. We are renting a furnished room that includes an adjustable twin bed, a closet with plenty of storage space, a ceiling fan and light, a desk lamp, and storage shelf (as well as an optional desk). Access to one of our two bathrooms, as well as our kitchen and home gym, is provided. You are welcome to park a modest vehicle on our driveway. Free wifi is provided, as is garbage and recycling collection. The first and last month's rent, as well as a $200 security deposit, are required with the signing of the agreement.
