Want a place to go camping, RV'ing, or fishing on the weekend? Have a private party with some friends by the lake? We've got a little over 1.5 acres in Wills Point with a private cove stocked with fish that might just be your new slice of Heaven! Available for rent. About one hour east of Dallas, this property is not too far from the city (but not too close either!) With only one neighbor nearby, this place is guaranteed to give you the privacy and seclusion you have been dreaming about. As a bonus, a Lake Tawakoni boat launch is only a couple hundred yards down the road , so if you want to launch down there and camp on our property you get the best of both worlds! With plenty of trees to give you shade, there are still several large open areas for you to set up a campsite or an RV. Perfect for small gatherings or as a private retreat! *There is no water or electricity on this property. You must bring your own generator or solar panels for electricity.* The only restrictions are: - no loud noises after 9PM or before 10AM. - be careful setting campfires - no fireworks (except by the cove, not near any trees, and you MUST bring a fire extinguisher) - no leaving trash or dumping - no drugs or illegal activity - bow, BB, and air gun hunting are allowed, but firearm hunting is not. Do not shoot any pistols, rifles, or shotguns on this property unless in self-defense. - firearms are allowed, but refrain from open carrying on the access easement since that is the neighbors' property - you are totally responsible for your behavior on this property. With that said, here are the rates: Monday thru Friday: $50/day. Book four weekdays, get the fifth one free. Saturday thru Sunday: $75/day. Book both days, get Monday for free if you want to stay a third day. Book a whole week (7 days) for $300, or a whole month for $1100. *Veterans get 20% off.* A $150 fully-refundable security deposit is required in addition to the rental fee. Any cost of removing trash, debris, or repairing damage done to the property will be deducted from the security deposit. You could access the lake through a small paddleboat and go through the tunnel that separates the cove from the lake, or you can launch your boat on the boat dock on the other side of the road. We are not affiliated with that boat dock, and whatever fees they (may) charge to launch have nothing to do with us!*
