Full bath upstairs. There's 1 female here & 2 maltipoos. .....friendly dog welcome that gets along w small dogs. There's a large fenced backyard & doggie door. Your level is furnished w king bed, dresser, study desk, sofa, dorm frig, lamps & tables, console for tv/ gaming. Shared spaces are the kitchen/ laundry. Plenty of street parking, with no time constraints. House upkeep includes shoveling snow (or chip in for local teenager $10), getting trash bins out & back to house. The house is 1 mile to Southmoor light rail, Target, parks, whole foods, DTC, 10 minutes to downtown and DU, Rent includes wifi, HD basic cable, split gas/electric utilities usually $60-$90.
