Professional female roommate share house inc wifi/cable

Upper bedroom, basically unfurnished- has lamp, table, extra closet, needs a bed & dresser. Bathroom across hall. 1-2 other roommates share this fairly spacious house with great location near DTC. We are pretty low key overall but like to go out on weekends while also keeping the place fairly clean. Probably not looking to add pets to the unit unless it was some perfect situation with a cool Shibu or something awesome like that. Wifi, basic hd cable included, split utilities $60-$100. 6 month lease preferred. Available Nov.1, plenty of parking. Share common areas and house upkeep including snow shoveling (or pitch in for prof. crew $10) $650 deposit. Credit 625+.
