Must have verified income and rental references. $450/month rent, $500 security deposit, shared utilities and Xfinity(100Mbps) run between $45-80 per month, 12 month lease, free laundry. Total due is $950 (rent + security) when signing the room lease. Home has no pets (cats, dogs or other), no smoking, no criminal records, no parties, no drama, no loud noises or music.
