Hello, available now is one private bedroom in a fully furnished townhome with all new 2023 renovations and appliances. You will have your own personal full size fridge/freezer and pantry area. You will have full access to the modern kitchen with all new appliances, gadgets, dishes, you name it. The living room is very cozy, I was careful to purchase the most comfortable furniture available. The pictures included in the ad are current, everything pictured will be here and you will have access to. A little bit about me: I am the owner of this townhome, a 31 year old male. I am a signing agent for professional athletes and celebrities; I work remotely from home often. I am a clean and organized person. I like to play pickleball & paddleboard during weekday evenings, and go out on the weekends with friends for everything mountain related. A little bit about you: You are a 21-40 year old male or female with reliable income. Since the home is already fully furnished, there is not room for large living room furniture (couches, entertainment centers, etc). I don’t care what you do for work or how you lead your personal life as long as we can keep it quiet during the weekday working hours. No pets (I will consider 1 dog only). Rent is $1000/month plus utilities. Security deposit required. The lease term will start as a month to month agreement, we can transition to a longer term lease if we jive well together. Couples/partners are welcome & encouraged to live here together for an additional negotiated rate. I am willing to remove the desk & chair from your room if you want, no problem.
