Room for Rent in Davis (Lease Takeover)

Hello! I’m a recent UCD grad looking for someone to take over my lease here at Arlington Farm. Rent is $865 and all utilities are included except for PG&E which usually ranges from $20-$60 each month. This lease is through the Individual Lease Program here at the complex so you don’t have to worry about finding roommates to make up the rent if someone has to move out! Earliest move in date would be September 16th, but can be September 1st if signed before August 15th. Laundry is directly below the apartment and the complex has amenities such as a quiet study room, gym, and pool. If you have a car there is street parking or you can purchase a parking permit for about $200. Management is very nice, responsive, and answers maintenance requests quickly. The apartment itself is large with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large living room and kitchen area as well as a terrace to store your bike if you like. The room you would be renting out would be bedroom C and shares a bathroom with one other roommate.The roommates you would be living with are 4 other female UCD students. Everyone is clean and usually keeps to themselves.
