Room for rent, your own bedroom and bath

A little about myself: I’m a 47 year old professional male looking for a responsible female or male roommate that can sign a 6 months lease. It will auto renew month to month afterwards if you like. I have a newly renovated 2400 square foot house with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I will not be living there at the house. I presently have a 32 year old male roommate who likes to cook, garden in my backyard, and for the most part quiet but can socialize with anyone. He has been living here for almost 5 years. I have another 45 year old male roommate who works online in his bedroom, and has been living here for over a year. Just need one more roomate. If you are interested, I will need you to complete a $47 credit and criminal background check at your expense. Not looking for perfect credit. Just looking for someone to pay rent on time. Looking for someone September 1 for sooner if needed. Rent will be $650, and $150 towards common area maintenance which includes trash, internet, lawn service, electric, gas, etc. I will also require a one time $800 damage deposit which is refundable at the end of your lease. I don’t have room for any more furniture, so what you have will have to fit in a 15’ x 16’ room. Room is unfurnished. No bed but plenty of closet space with shelving. You will have your own bathroom. You will have your own refrigerator. You will have access to a shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, outdoor charcoal or propane grill and fire pit. No overnight guest without an approval. If there is and overnight guest, no more than two overnights per week. No pets and no smokers inside and outside the house. If you are an alcoholic please do Not apply.
