***Room is available if posting is active*** Hi there! I have one room available for a female in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1500 sqft house that I own. My house is in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located, near Mopac and 183. The house is fully furnished, bedroom can be unfurnished or furnished with queen size bed. If you have furniture, decorations or other stuff that you'd like to have out in the common areas, I'm definitely up for talking about it. I'm open to doing what we can to make it feel like it's your home too! I’m a quiet female professional in my 40s. I don’t drink or smoke and am looking for a non-smoking female roommate. I’m fine with alcohol in the house, but don’t want to deal with parties or drunk people. I share my house with a cat, so if you have animals, let’s talk about it and see if it’ll work. The rent is $1200/month and that includes Google Fiber and all utilities. The initial term of the lease would be 3 months, w/ possible longer term extension. There will be a non-refundable fee of $75 for a credit/background. $600 refundable security deposit also required. I am also considering renting out a 2nd bedroom, with a shared bathroom between 2 individual renters for a $800/room per month. If that better suits you, please let me know.
