I rent a room to a female only in my 3 bedroom house for $850 a month (utilities are included). The security deposit is $600 ($100 nonrefundable). The background check is required. The house has a nice location near highway 225 and Mississippi (or Illiff). We are not 420 friendly. The room is available now. You will have your own room with the furniture, shared bathroom, and your own kitchen in the basement. No pets.
