Room with bathroom for rent

Hey guys, I have a room available in Cedar Park (1431 & 183A) with bathroom in this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house (2040sq ft). Looking for about $1,000 (plus utilities) ASAP. House is located within less than a mile from prime resteraunt and shopping locations. You'll have a room and your own bathroom, and of course access to the rest of the furnished house. I do have space for any additional furniture if you wish to make this space more your own as well. I'm a steady work from home guy 7-4pm who enjoys to be active on my free time by going to the gym or being outdoors. I also will be at the lake with my jetski prepping for my summer races.
