Sears Craftsman Leaf blower has not run in a couple years, gas motor

Here is a backpack type leaf blower from my father's garage. he tried to start it a couple years ago and couldn't, so there it sat. I haven't even tried to do anything with it. Looks complete, and the motor has compression and spins OK. Looks like a gas line is not connected, and it has sat, if you know about these it should be worth fixing. Model 316.794991 30cc engine.
