Spacious Room in Upscale Apartment Available Sept 1

Hi! Are you looking for a comfortable and inviting place to call home? Look no further! I’m seeking a friendly and responsible roommate to share my lovely apartment, and the second/guest bedroom will be available starting September 1st. This room is one of the largest floorplans (2 bed/2bath apt with 1264 sq ft) at Carlyle Place. The apartment is a block from the Eisenhower metro rail station and within short walking distance to the movies, Wegman’s, Whole Foods, and all the boutique stores and restaurants in old town Alexandria. The lease goes until November of 2024 (14 months), though I’ll consider leasing a shorter term for a premium. The apartment will require an application and background check ($50), and garage parking is available for $75/month. Utilities are expected to run ~$70/month each. As for me and what I’d like in a roommate: I’m an introvert with a friendly demeanor, and I spend most of my time working, gaming, exercising, reading, hanging out with friends, and occasionally enjoying a movie night. I don’t wear shoes in the apartment as it does wonders for keeping the floor clean and I'll request that you do the same. I cook almost all of my meals and exercise regularly to stay healthy. I conserve water and electricity because there’s no planet B.
